Congratulations Dora Aguilar, Randolph, MA
With over 28 years of childcare experience, Dora Aguilar is a highly seasoned professional in the field. Her passion for providing a safe and reliable daycare began with her own motherhood experience, where she struggled to balance working and raising her children while providing them with the necessary love, nurturing, and safety. Since then, Dora has made it her life's purpose to assist parents in providing opportunities for their children to develop their minds, physiology, self-esteem, and self-awareness. Dora founded Bright Beginners Family Daycare LLC in 2001, where she leads as Founder/CEO/Owner. Prior to starting her own daycare, she taught elementary school students for 12 years in her native country, Guatemala. After arriving in the US, she successfully pursued an Associate's degree in early childhood education and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Lesley University in 2010.
In 2023, Bright Beginners Family Daycare was nominated by CWE and SBA and won Home Based Business of the Year, an accomplishment that speaks volumes to the quality of care and education provided by Dora and her team.
At Bright Beginners, every child is nurtured by skilled professionals who value their cognitive, social, and emotional development. With a bilingual curriculum in English and Spanish, children are exposed to a diverse range of cultures and experiences, preparing them to become positive role models in society. The daycare program is family-oriented and never exceeds a cohort of 10 children, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and care.
Dora's commitment to providing the best care for children extends beyond the daycare walls. She has taken FCC courses with UMASS Boston and Shared Services, where she learned to manage her economic inputs and outputs effectively. She also learned the importance of having a website and being registered with Google for greater visibility. Shared Services offers support and guidance for legal documents such as contracts and guides for educating parents and children.
Overall, Dora's 23-year journey in the field of education has been a labor of love, dedication, passion, and hard work. Her tireless efforts have created a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, grow, and prepare for a successful academic career and life overall.
